Jessica Spencer EdD, CAP, CPP

With over twenty-three years in the addiction and prevention field Jessica brings a deeper understanding and layer of community connection that is unparalleled in this area of legal customer service. Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology from The University of Tampa and went on to earn a Master’s in Substance Use Counseling and Education while working in the substance use and mental health industry. Her doctoral work focused on strengths-based treatment planning based in her strong belief that even in addiction and mental illness individuals have strengths they are not even aware of. Jessica understands the complexity of substance use and mental health and believes in helping those in need find the best services available for their individual needs and circumstances. With a balance of direct honesty and genuine care and concern you can rest assured you are in capable hands.

Paul and Jessica have been described by clients and colleagues as the “dream team” offering a unique and tailored approach to Baker Act and Marchman Act cases. Jessica’s ability to connect with families, loved ones, and clients with a combination of care, commitment, and sometimes a bit of tough love assures all involved that we are all in this together.
